At Employee Assistance Center, we strive to develop close, personal working relationships with each client company we serve.  We become active members of the employer’s team and maximize our effectiveness by serving the human resource counseling requirements that an HR professional often has to undertake.

Our value and proof is in the numbers: 97 percent of surveyed clients report that as a result of counseling, they are better able to solve their concerns; 98 percent of surveyed clients would recommend EAC to others and 100 percent would agree or strongly agree that the EAC staff is courteous, professional and responsive.  Additionally, EAC has a 96 percent renewal rate including organizations who have been customers for over 3 decades!

EAC has always taken the position that an EAP needs a bird’s eye view of the provider community to establish the most effective referrals possible.  Because of our network and knowledge when the need for a referral arises, EAC has the ability to match the employee or dependent with an expert in the community to solve their issue.  We are proud of our long standing service to the employers of West Michigan and beyond.
