Do You Try or Do You Do?

One quarter of 2018 is finished. Are you on track to achieving what you set out to do? Remember the plans, promises and resolutions you set at 11:45 p.m. on December 31, 2017? Recall just before the clock struck midnight and all the promise the new year held. It is not loo late! You can still be on track to make a difference in your life and the lives of others. There is a word I want you to think about and possibly remove from your language and that word is: try.

Do you TRY to get along with other people or DO YOU get along with other people? Do you TRY to make a difference in the lives of others or DO YOU make a difference in the lives of others? Are you TRYING to lose weight or do you have a PLAN and you are following the plan? Remember the story of the little engine that could? He pushed and pushed the big locomotive up the hill, saying the entire time – “I think I can, I think I can.” He did not say, “I’ll try, I’ll try. Can you change your language and stop trying and start doing? What will you accomplish when you do more than just try? Post your response here.
